Virgin Media
Well what can i say about them. First they say they offer great customer service then the screw you like a cheap whore drunk on poor fake whiskey. They really are no good and useless at their jobs. Worst thing about it is it always seems to be the foreigners who are incapable if doing their jobs properly and you get left with an arrogant son of a bitch who has the cheek to call you a liar the keep you on the phone for an extra 20 minutes while he remains silent. This is not acceptable. All i got in return was one months free broadband. What a pile of shit they are. Another complaint i'll be making very soon. Stay tuned as "I'll Be Back" lol

I tried to go with Virgin at 1st, But coz I,m in a new built house they didn't have any cables in the street, this is after charging me an up front payment of £25!! They expected me to wait up to 6 months until they set the cables!!! no thanx. I ended up going with my 2nd choice: PLUSNET; £11.99 for 1st 3 mts, then £15.99 thereafter, unlimited download too, sadly only up to 8Mb though. It suits me though!!
ReplyDeleteI originally wanted to go with Talk Talk but they couldn't find my new address on computer... They were only £6.49 per mth, but now I've had to with BT for my Phone and they wanted far too much for the broadband, which was not unlimited either!!! Also I had to pay £122.00 connection fee, again coz its a new built house!!! xxx
P.S. I knew about The new JD movie, he and Colin and Jude replaced Heath after his sad departure from the world...
